Managing your GM Rewards is easy with My Account. Simply log in to your dashboard to view and use your points, sign up for our emails and texts, access your Member number and more.

If you still need to sign up for GM Rewards and receive your Member account, enroll now and accept the GM Rewards Program terms and conditions. Your My Account credentials will work as a single login experience across GM programs and myChevrolet, myBuick, myGMC and myCadillac.

Where can I find my GM Rewards point balance?

Simply log in My Account to view your points. You can also see your points within the Chevrolet, Buick, GMC or Cadillac mobile apps.

If you don’t already have My Account login, follow the prompts on experience.gm.com/rewards to create your My Account. Once logged in, you will land on the “Rewards Programs” dashboard.

What if my points aren’t showing up in my GM Rewards Member Account?

Most of your points should post to your Member Account within 24 hours of your purchase. However, some points may take up to 15 days to post to your Member Account.

If you also earn points from spend on your GM Rewards™ Mastercard®, your points will normally be awarded within 24–48 hours of your statement being issued.

If you are missing points or have questions about the balance of your account, please contact the GM Rewards Member Support Team available, Monday–Saturday, 9 a.m.–8 p.m. (ET) at 1-844-764-2665.

Where do I find my GM Rewards Member number?

You can find your GM Rewards Member number by following these quick steps:

  1. Visit gmrewards.com
  2. Click on “My Account” in the top-right corner and sign in
  3. After signing in, click on your profile in the top-right corner 
  4. Click on “My Account” in the drop-down menu
  5. Your Member number will be displayed underneath the “GM Rewards” section

How do I merge multiple GM Rewards accounts?

If you have two or more GM Rewards Member Accounts, we can help merge them and combine your points. Call the GM Rewards Member Support Team, Monday–Saturday, 9 a.m.–8 p.m. (ET) at 1-844-764-2665.

How do I link my GM Rewards Mastercard to my GM Rewards Account?

You must create a My Account to access all earned points and enjoy the full range of Member benefits, including the ability to redeem outside of GM Dealers—e.g., OnStar plans or GM Accessories, exclusive experiences, and more. Click here to create a My Account. You must use the same email address that is on file with your Barclays GM Rewards Mastercard.

Log in at GM My Account and navigate to the GM Rewards Program Tile to view all points earned and the full set of redemption options available to you.

If you still do not see your GM Rewards Mastercard points in your Rewards Dashboard, chat with the GM Rewards Member Support Team in the bottom-right corner of your screen, or we’re available Monday–Saturday, 9 a.m.–8 p.m. (ET) at 1-844-764-2665.
