How to Find Your Order History & Order Details

Learn how to view your GM parts and accessories order history as well as see individual order details.

Review Order History

You can view your full history of past and in-progress parts and accessories orders at any time. First, sign in to your MyGM Account, then follow one of the two methods below:

1. MyGM Account:

  • From the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of the page, select Account.
  • On the Account Overview page, scroll down and click the Order History link.

2. GM Parts or Accessories:

  • From the parts or accessories page, select your name in the upper-right corner of the screen to open the drop-down menu. 
  • Select Orders.

Note: To view order history information for OnStar® products and SiriusXM®, go to your MyGM Account Overview page and select the OnStar Plans tile or Partner Services link.

View Order Details

On the Order Details page you can find information about individual orders, including items purchased, pricing, delivery status and more.

To view Order Details:

1. Sign in to your MyGM Account and navigate to the Order History page.
2. If necessary, scroll to find the order you’d like to see more about, then:

a. Select the View link at the top of the order, OR 

b. Click anywhere within the order.

3. You’ll be taken to the Order Details page for that specific order.
4. To return to the Order History page, select the Back link near the top of the Order Details page. 

For your security, please don’t include personal info such as phone number, address or credit card details.

What is the status of my part or accessory order?

For status updates on the pickup or installation of your parts or accessories order, please contact your seller directly and refer to the order number in your order confirmation email.
 
To track your shipping order(s), please use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
 
If you did not receive your parts or accessories order, please contact the seller or shopping support at (844) 847-1118 for assistance in replacing your order. Please be ready to provide your order or tracking number as a reference.
