Learn how to close My Account, remove or unlink your GM Rewards Card from My Account, and cancel your OnStar® and Connected Services† plans.
Remove or Unlink Your GM Rewards Card From My Account
1. Go to Experience.gm.com.
2. Select the account icon.
3. Sign in to My Account.
4. Select the Rewards tab.
a. In the desktop view, the Rewards tab will appear on the left side of the screen.
b. In the mobile view, the Rewards tab will appear along the top of the screen. You may have to scroll left or right to see it.
5. Under the GM Rewards Card†, select Remove Card.

Cancel Your OnStar or Connected Services Plan
California and Vermont residents can cancel their plans online. All others need to contact an OnStar Advisor to cancel. Push the blue OnStar button or call 1.888.4ONSTAR (1.888.466.7827).
To cancel your plan online:

- If you let your service plan expire or choose to cancel it, you will lose your paid services. However, you can still connect your vehicle and take advantage of free services
- Only the listed account owner or someone who has the authority to represent the listed account owner can close or cancel an account
