Why should I select a Preferred Service Dealer if I haven’t already done so?
By choosing a Preferred Service Dealer, you’ll have easy access to your dealer’s address and phone number without having to look it up every time. You can select or change a Preferred Service Dealer using the box on this page. You can search dealerships by city and state or ZIP code and select “Make this my Preferred Service Dealer.”
Who should I contact if my vehicle has been recalled?
You should contact your GM dealer to arrange a service appointment as soon as possible. How do I cancel or change my service appointment?
If you’ve scheduled your service appointment using this page, you can return to it at any time to cancel or reschedule it. If you’ve scheduled your service appointment directly with your dealer, however, you’ll need to contact your dealer directly to change or reschedule it.
How do I earn and redeem My GM Rewards points for Certified Service at the dealership?
To earn points if you are enrolled:
1.) Schedule your service visit with a participating My GM Rewards dealer.
2.) Make sure to let your Service Advisor know you’re a My GM Rewards member. The name on your membership will need to match the name on your Repair Order.
3.) Your dealer should make sure you’re awarded 3 points for every $1 you pay for service or maintenance.* Please allow up to 15 business days for your points to post to your account.

To redeem points for Certified Service once you’re enrolled:
1.) On the day of your scheduled service visit with a participating My GM Rewards dealer, visit mygmrewards.com to see how many points you have available to redeem toward service.
2.) Notify your GM Certified Service Advisor that you would like to use your My GM Rewards points toward your bill.

*Excludes taxes, fees and body shop repair orders. It could take up to 15 days for points to post to your account.
